Michael T. Brown, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Brown specializes in surgical oncology. A native of Philadelphia,
he is a graduate of The University of Scranton and Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his surgical residency at The Medical Center of Delaware, and a surgical oncology fellowship at The Medical Research Institute of Delaware and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Brown is a Fellow in the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Brown also serves as Chairman of the Cancer Committee for The Reading Hospital Regional Cancer Center, and is the Cancer Liason Physician to the American College of Surgeons.

Joseph R. Levan. M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Levan specializes in minimally invasive surgery. A native of Berks County, he is a graduate of Albright College and Hahnemann University. He completed his surgical residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network. Dr. Levan also earned a MBA from Alvernia College. He is Board Certified in General Surgery, a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of both the PA Medical Society and Berks County Medical Society.

Robert J. Howard, D.O., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Howard specializes in laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery. A native of Kutztown, he is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network. Dr. Howard is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of both the PA Medical Society and Berks County Medical Society.
