The Wyomissing Surgical Clinic participates in most insurance programs. In order to streamline communications with your insurance company, we ask that you provide insurance information at your first visit. Also, please be prepared to present your co-pay and any referrals for HMOs and PPOs at the time of service.

We will be happy to submit claim forms to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for payment of any charges your insurance company does not cover. Please contact our billing department if you have any questions regarding charges or invoices.
